Ingredients

• 1 pieceBaguette
• 150 gFresh goat cheese
• 200 gStrawberries
• 2 tbspOlive oil
• 1 tbspBalsamic glaze
• 0,5 bunchFresh basil
• 1 pinchSea salt
• 1 pinchBlack pepper

Preparation

1. 1Cut the baguette into thick slices and drizzle with a little olive oil.
2. 2Toast the bread slices in a pan or in the oven until golden brown and crispy.
3. 3Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries.
4. 4Spread the fresh goat cheese evenly over the warm bread slices.
5. 5Distribute the diced strawberries on top and sprinkle with chopped basil.
6. 6Season with a little salt and pepper and garnish with balsamic glaze.
