Ingredients

• 200 gAged mountain cheese (aged at least 12 months)
• 60 gWalnut kernels
• 1 tbspForest honey
• 1 pinchFleur de Sel
• 2 sprigsFresh thyme

Preparation

1. 1Take the mountain cheese out of the refrigerator in good time so that it can develop its full aroma at room temperature.
2. 2Coarsely chop the walnut kernels and roast them in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant.
3. 3Break the cheese into rustic pieces or cut into uniform wedges and arrange on a platter.
4. 4Distribute the warm, roasted walnuts evenly over the mountain cheese.
5. 5Drizzle the honey in thin lines over the cheese and nuts.
6. 6Finally, garnish with a pinch of Fleur de Sel and the picked thyme leaves, and serve immediately.
