Ingredients

• 600 gWatermelon
• 150 gFeta cheese
• 0,5 bunchFresh mint
• 2 tbspOlive oil
• 1 tbspBalsamic glaze
• 1 pinchSea salt
• 1 pinchBlack pepper

Preparation

1. 1Cut the watermelon into slices about 2 cm thick and divide into manageable pieces.
2. 2Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to high and sear the watermelon slices for about 2 minutes on each side.
3. 3Arrange the grilled watermelon pieces decoratively on a serving platter.
4. 4Crumble the feta cheese evenly with your hands directly over the still-warm watermelon.
5. 5Rinse the mint leaves, pat dry, finely chop, and drizzle over the top along with the olive oil and balsamic glaze.
6. 6Finish the dish with a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground pepper, and serve immediately.
