2025 Cabernet Blanc trocken

Ingredients

• 500 ggreen asparagus
• 30 gpine nuts
• 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
• 0,5 tspsea salt
• 0,3 tspblack pepper
• 0,5 pieceorganic lemon (juice and zest)

Preparation

1. 1Generously trim the woody ends of the green asparagus and lightly peel the bottom third of the stalks if necessary.
2. 2Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant, then remove from the pan immediately and set aside.
3. 3Heat the olive oil in the pan and sear the asparagus over medium-high heat for about 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly browned but still crisp-tender.
4. 4Season the asparagus with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5. 5Remove the pan from the heat, drizzle with the juice of half a lemon, and add a little fine lemon zest.
6. 6Arrange the asparagus on plates, sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts, and serve immediately.
